An approximately true color/contrast and an enhanced version of image PJ34_56. The oval slightly above and left of center is located at planetographic latitude 46 degrees north.

Wow! Great work for the ten thousandth time, Bjorn.

This looks a little different than many views of white ovals, like there's a dusky cover over the entire region, which makes the isolated elevated clouds seem to pop out more in appearance. I guess that's a function of the geometry rather than a rare condition in the atmosphere.
