The parts are in two metal sheets - you need tiny wire cutters to cut them out, and needle nose pliers and tweezers to put it all together. Also good near vision, or some kind of magnifying glass set up.
I've hung mine from the ceiling with thread so it's floating in space.
Some people painted their models for more realism - it even includes the famous gold record (though it's not gold).
