I found a relly interesting program:
wmiller.topcities.com/program_eng.html (Stereomorpher)

If I'll eventually be able to use it tongue.gif (it's quite difficult...), it could bring to astonishing results, using Mars images!
Look at this image, obtained from a "classic" stereo pair:

Other people have tried these with mars images in the past.

Similar success to the cross-eye technique.

Some people go "wow" others go "huh?"

I fall in the "huh?" catagory. They do nothing for me.

Oh - and that image is created from 3 frames - not a stero pair

I put myself in the "WOW" category for the motion technique. I can't see out of one eye, and so I can't see the normal 3D preps. This gives a very three dimensional effect for me.

The program interpolates frames processing a stereo pairs; the commercial version can produce even more than just one intermediate frame!
