I was thinking the same thing when I stitched this cloud panorama before sunrise last week. It looks like one of those cylindrical re-projections that image wizards like Bjorn and scalbers do so well. Someone more talented than me could probably wrap it back around into a sphere and create a cool looking planet. rolleyes.gif

Same remark when, once in a while I "could" have mistaken our sun (at sun set behind clouds) for Jupiter. Sorry no pictures but I guess some of you already saw this?

No problem it was a nice break from editing old maps of Mars
remapping and cleaning them up
