On the rover website is some really cool pictures looking down onto the rovers from the pancam mast.

That is amazing. We've read about the dust on Spirit and the lack of dust on Oppy but these images drive the point home.
It is puzzling, though. The part of Gusev Spirit is in in clearly "dust devil alley" and one would presume that winds would be present, especially when climbing the Columbia Hills. Maybe Gusev is inherently dustier than Meridiani and it may not be a wind issue.

These were taken ages ago ( sol 300-320ish iirc ) - remember, I did a bad mosaic from them
