Remapped to line up with the new Kaguya topo map ( LALT_GGT_MAP.IMG )

It is in Vips/Nip2 ( *.v) format , i like this format for LARGE images ( 1.5 gig)

gdal/OpenEV can open a .v file as a 3 band RAW with a 64 bit header ( skip the first 64 bits)

this map also lines up with the LOLA LRO data .

However i am still checking it
i used the kaguya 5760x2880 to make it
and it still needs to be rechecked with the LDEM_64.img

but the first impressions is that it dose line up
