So it seems that Enceladus is making large hydrocarbons (and even more than Titan!) from geochemcal reactions, while Titan is slowly building up lower amounts of large molecules from atmospheric photochemistry.

From a "funkiness" standpoint, the Titan atmospheric structures should be structurally more interesting - likely composed of complex heterocyclic rings and aromatic structures that would incorporate nitrogen and other atoms.

(Enceladus organics would be boring old C-H things you'd throw in your gas tank)
