Nice piece that, and fully deserved praise, too. Veronica worked very, very hard on that, and I don't think it's any exaggeration to say that the success of the Phoenix Twitter page changed, in a stroke, the way space missions will be covered online from now on. No-one will be happy with just an occasional note on an official mission page anymore; they'll want more frequent and more personal updates, they'll want to feel like they're a part of the mission, or at least a valued follower and supporter. This really was a paradigm shift in Outreach, and Veronica deserves all the praise and kudos she's getting.
