Spotted this fascinating and rather complicated crater on an old MRO image (PSP_009089_2080)

very cute cat pictures, but I never quite figured out why the annoying spelling. It takes me ages to decipher anything written that way. I guess I'm not in touch with popular culture... lol lmao etc.

I'm no expert in accents, but it looks to me like "kitteh" is a phonetic spelling of the way the aristocratic Thurston Howell III (from Gilligan's Island) or a valley girl would pronounce "kitty".

Far more than you ever wanted to know. With an iron will, I resist the temptation to clog the server with my own (now sadly deceased) fat furry friend, sitting before an obviously Unix-y X-displaying laptop, doing his best Roger Moore impression. "You can has nikkel 2 get a real computr" is probably an in-joke too far, anyway...
