The Cassini team have posted the first extended-mission science plan, S42 covering 09JUN-11AUG, to NAIF. I compiled that info into the following web page:

Thanks Joe - these targeting sequence plans are great - very useful!
They highlight just how packed the spacecraft's schedule actually is - there's hardly a breathing space amongst the sequences.
It's nice to see as well, that despite that, a few retargetable options are still allowed for here and there, for any surprises that might turn up...

I extracted science plan info from the SPICE kernels for all 42 sequences to date:

Pretty basic web pages, but useful if you have, say, a raw image from a given date & want to look up what the science objective was in taking the image.
