Nothing really thrilling here (if you compare it with that 1:1 scale MER model....),
however, it nicely demonstrates the inner workings of the rockerbogie suspension system.
Especially the image called 'differential' explains how this system can work with only 2 pivot points on the rover body.

A couple of years ago I made a similar model, except with all wheel drive. I didn't have enough of the larger size wheels, hence the odd looks. But mechanically it does simulate the MER suspension. See photo and movie below.
