What sort of payload did you have in mind? 
I wonder what sort of ITAR restrictions exist for this sort of thing. I looked at the cubesatkit website but I couldn't tell if they would sell to non-US entities.
I want to develope a satellite with primary mission to point toward earth and taking pictures

No its not matter we can develope it ourselves without buying anything online....
