While the USGS-Flagstaff's new Io Controlled Photomosaic has not been officially released on their website (in the same way as their mosaics of Ganymede, Callisto, and Europa at http://geopubs.wr.usgs.gov/docs/wrgis/jupiter.html ), it has been posted on the nomenclature part of the site showing the locations of named features on the surface: http://planetarynames.wr.usgs.gov/images/io_comp_color.pdf .
This mosaic, stitched together by Paul Geissler, Tammy Becker, and others at USGS-Flagstaff, combines Voyager and Galileo clear-filter, high resolution observations with low phase color from Galileo.

This product has been worked on for a number of years and it is nice to see it finally see the light of day.
