Mars Society, isnt that the guys who strongly advocate manned space travel and especially that we colonise Mars preferably a week ago?
With that in mind I read you post in the same way as a person would react to having a warning claxon go off at full blast right beside your head.

Yes, and I, for one (and likely some others here) agree with them.

This forum is NOT to be a repository for people who want to bash manned space flight and do everything they can to to bring it to an end. I thought Doug was awfully, awfully clear about that a couple of weeks ago.

Yes - just because this is called Unmanned Spaceflight, it doesnt not mean it's Anti Manned Spaceflight - and anyone caught being persistantly ranting in that tone will be asked to 'refrain' so to speak

Peace. Just as long as the manned flight folks stay on their side of the dotted line running through NASA's budget.

Just wanted to remark that Dr Zubrin is amso supporting unmanned exploration of Mars (e.g. remember the Mars 'air'plane or drone ? )
