I'll say it's recent. It's the same article. Note that space-related websites like SpaceDaily, NASA Watch, etc. almost always reprint press releases verbatim rather than simply linking to them online. And, in my opinion, they really don't do a great job distinguishing between reprinted and original, in-house material, not that they want to, mind you. At least Space.com does often re-write press releases and labels the byline with "Staff report" or something similar.
