This is panorama from left pancam images from sol 530. There are some significant hills on the horizon ahead - Oppy is aproaching Erebus!

And we're seeing more exposures of the evaporite "bedrock" and an increase of the dark, angular "basal unit" pieces.

Closer and closer...
