MGS has already taken a similar image...I think that MGS can only image at about 2 PM due to its orbit, so this image, take during Aerobreaking, can't be repeated. I don't know whether or not Odyssey or Mars Express have such constraints.
Thanks for the response. It shows low lying fogs/clouds in Noctis as well. But actually MGS has limited ability for color photos since it doesn't have a green channel -it estimates the green from the red and the blue.
Actually Mars Express has taken a color image of the area also showing dense low lying fog. The image appears in this report:
